Jyoti Kandel
With over 11 years of restaurant leadership experience, Jyoti brings a wealth of expertise to the Aroma Team. His journey began after graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree Hotel Management in Nepal, propelling him into managing prestigious restaurants and hotels across Asia, Europe and the United States. Not only is a hospitality leader, Jyoti worked for high end restaurants and holds MS in Hospitality management degree from London and California. Jyoti thrives on innovation and creativity in customer service and brand development. He excels in motivating and guiding staff to create high-performance, cross-functional teams. His strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction define his approach to hospitality, making him an invaluable asset to Team Aroma.
Chef Shreeram Sapkota

Born in the lush landscapes of Nepal and trained in New York’s finest Indian and Nepali eateries, Shreeram now invites you to experience the rich tastes and heartfelt hospitality of his heritage. Each dish is a celebration of his journey from Nepal to the USA, crafted with the same love and passion instilled by his mother.
